Virelmodixa is an online-only entity that maintains no physical retail storefronts. Our business operations, inventory management, and logistics are strictly confined to the geographical boundaries of Singapore. We do not facilitate international transactions, nor do we ship products to any location outside of Singapore. Users accessing this site from other jurisdictions acknowledge that our services are not intended for use outside of our local territory.

2. Eligibility and User Conduct

To utilize our services, you must be a resident of Singapore and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By placing an order, you warrant that the information provided—including your name, delivery address, and contact details—is accurate and current. The use of our platform for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts if we detect activity that violates these terms or Singaporean law.

3. The Trust-Based Payment Model

To foster a relationship of total transparency, Virelmodixa operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. We do not integrate digital payment gateways, credit card processing, or third-party digital wallets.

  • Doorstep Transaction: You are required to fulfill the payment in cash only when the physical product is handed over at your specified Singapore address.
  • Validation: This model allows you to confirm the arrival of your package before any fiscal commitment is made.
  • No Upfront Costs: We do not request deposits or advance payments under any circumstances.

4. Order Processing and Logistics

Our logistics framework is designed for efficiency within the local market.

  • Internal Handling: Upon receiving an order, our team requires 1 business day for internal processing, quality checks, and packaging.
  • Dispatch: Orders are moved to our transit partners immediately following this one-day window.
  • Transit Duration: Delivery typically takes between 1 to 2 business days once the package has left our facility.
  • Total Timeline: The comprehensive window from order placement to doorstep arrival is 2 to 3 business days.
  • Fees: Delivery within Singapore is provided entirely free of cost. We do not impose handling charges or shipping fees.

5. Order Cancellation Protocol

We understand that circumstances may change after an order is placed. However, to maintain our logistical flow, we have established a specific window for cancellations.

  • Eligibility: You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our facility.
  • Timing: Since our internal processing takes 1 business day , you have this 24-hour window (during business hours) to notify us of a cancellation.
  • Notification: Cancellation requests must be sent to contact@virelmodixa.com within this timeframe.
  • Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our delivery partners, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, you must follow the return protocols outlined in Section 6 after the item has been delivered.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Virelmodixa provides a robust return framework to ensure your satisfaction with our garments.

  • The 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
  • Valid Grounds: Returns are accepted if the product is damaged, incorrect, or if the fit is not suitable.
  • Free Returns: We do not charge restocking fees or retrieval costs. We will arrange a pickup at your convenience from your Singapore address.
  • Inspection: We require 1 business day to inspect returned items once they reach our facility.
  • Resolution: You may opt for an exchange (subject to stock availability) or a full refund.
  • Refund Execution: As our primary transaction is COD, refunds are issued via bank transfer. We will request your banking details via contact@virelmodixa.com .
  • Timeline: Once your details are received, we process the transfer within 1 business day. Please allow 7 to 8 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's internal cycles.

7. Data Protection and the PDPA

In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore, we are committed to safeguarding your personal information.

  • Collection: We collect only the data necessary for order fulfillment, such as your name, address, and email.
  • Purpose: Your data is used exclusively for logistics, communication regarding your order, and processing refunds.
  • Security: We employ digital safeguards to prevent unauthorized access to your information.
  • Third Parties: We only share necessary details with our local delivery partners. We do not sell or trade your data with external marketing entities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, and imagery related to our dress collections, is the property of Virelmodixa. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our brand assets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under Singapore’s intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Virelmodixa strives for accuracy in all product descriptions and timelines. However, we are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as inclement weather or local logistical disruptions. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the items involved in a specific transaction. We do not provide warranties beyond the 30-day return window mentioned herein.

10. Operational Hours

Our administrative and support teams are available to assist you during our standard business window:

  • Monday to Friday: 10 AM to 6 PM SGT.
  • Correspondence: Emails received outside of these hours, including weekends and public holidays, will be processed during the next business session.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our business model or legislative requirements. Any updates will be posted immediately on our platform. Your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
